“Sun & View” self-contained bed and breakfast accommodation,  for 1 to 6 persons, is made up of a large sunny studio plus 2 separate bedrooms with its own separate entrance.  It is solar passive in design and eco-friendly.

Set in a quiet, peaceful, semi-rural setting and yet only 4 km to CBD, you can enjoy spectacular views over Bathurst and to the Blue Montains.

The bedding consists of 1 x Queen, 2 x King Singles, 1 x Double, all with crisp white sheets and electric blankets.  Facilities include kitchen with fridge, convection microwave oven, electric cooktop, electric frypan, toaster, tea and coffee making, crockery, cultery, glassware, cookware.  The lounge area has a  flatscreen TV and DVD player.  NEW slow combustion wood fire!  (Electrical heating available.)  Wireless broadband internet access is available.

There are two bathrooms, all with Tastics, encompassing 2 toilets, 2 showers and a bathtub.
